As of April 2006 you can transfer your UK Pension Plan to a Qualifying Recognised Overseas Pension Scheme or QROPS for short. This can be done free of deduction of any tax, and allows potential for greater financial planning opportunities. 

There are no restrictions on the amount that can be transferred. You are free to transfer all of your UK pension or pensions without having to leave any residual pension assets in the UK. All of your UK pensions can be consolidated into one UK approved QROPS Plan.
